Orders are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 to 7 business days of the date of your order.
We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. The shipping options available to you will depend on your location and the items in your order.
We currently ship to addresses within [list of countries or regions you ship to]. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Aarion's is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
